Sorry: I am about to jump off the wagon of quitting pain

I hope you are back on this wagon....cause each cigarette that you let yourself smoke lets the demon tighten his hold on you. Your outlook at the beginning of this thread was pure Junky Talk. You just created a lot of 'excuses' to have a smoke. Get yourself some 'plans' of how you will distract and delay the ole addiction. the first couple of weeks are by far the worst. Learn to gain strength by holding on and staying in control....cause when you give in....you give up the control. Kick that junky in the mouth.....and learn to visualize it and feel GOOD about it! :) Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1550 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 62,010 Amount Saved: $8525 Life Gained: Days: 202 Hrs: 5 Mins: 4 Seconds: 9
