Paranoid, This is normal and your symptoms will be different from others. It will pass :) If it lasts longer than expected then make sure you check with your doctor to rule out anything medical. You can only share your experiences with your sister. You journey is a hard one and it will benefit you greatly in the end. Practice what you are preaching and keep telling her it is not good.
