Breaking Free, Let it all out! Take the time to scream and yell and let loose! Next relax yourself and pamper away. You deserve some you time and today is a great day for your quit. Tomorrow, talk to your doctor to come up with a plan that can help you with your weight. The members are providing some excellent advice, take what you need and keep it close. It is ok to feel this way, but don't let it get the best of you. Use this energy to get in there and fight! Research, ask questions and make a plan to do what you can to help you along. It won't be easy, but you have conquered the hardest addiction of all, so this may be a little bit easier! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
