Did Anyone Else Have Really Bad Physical Withdrawal Symptoms???

19 years ago 0 610 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I never have read that on this site, stockpot! How interesting, and enlightening. Bargains, I had dizziness, sweats, insomnia, slight panic attacks. It is all getting better now. I still suffer from not being able to go to sleep. When it is bad, I take melatonin or a tylenol pm. Remember, these symptoms never killed anyone; smoking will! Mom, Everyone's body will react differently :) It may take some time but it will pass. Use your coping mechanism to distract yourself and avoid situations that will tempt you. Take the time to post with us and ask questions, we are always here to help :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
