Good, then you know how to deal with it. :) It's not easy to quit, but you can do it. :) The most important thing is that you have to wish to quit more than you want to smoke. I think Sunflower seeds is very popular, I have read about it before on this site. Do you use any NRT? I am a "Cold Turkey" quitter and I smoked for 35 years and I have tried both patches and gums, it didn't work for me.
