I brush my teeth everytime I get a craving...it seems to make the "want" for the smoke to go away since I have nice fresh breath...maybe this could help you too. I also put a fresh piece of gum in my mouth everytime I get in my car...these tricks have worked wonders, and are helping me change my habits to new ones other than smoking.
