It is Just a Very, Very Bad Habit to Get Over

it isn't so much that you quit and then hate "smoking" as you hate the fact that it (smoking) makes an addict of you!! and then that addiction controls your life!! It will finally demand your life!!!! THESE are the facts that I have come to hate! I turned myself into and ADDICT! I am ALWAYS gonna be that addict! I hate that I did this to myself.....no more will I let pleasant thoughts of smoking take up residence in my head. The addiction to nicotine is one of the most insidious ones that I know of. You must give it no quarter. this isn't just a nasty habit....it's an addiction....and as such it's much worse than nasty habits are......get your thinking about it correct....it's dirty, it's disgusting and lastly, it's deadly.....learn to HATE the control that the addiction can have (not the smokers but the addiction)...... it and it will become something that you want no part of. :) Katy My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/4/2002 Smoke-Free Days: 1812 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 72,492 Amount Saved: $10328.4 Life Gained: Days: 236 Hrs: 9 Mins: 17 Seconds: 52
