Karen, You will get there! Continue eating well, using small portions, exercising and checking with your doctor. Our quits help get rid of the toxins and help us become healthier. Checking with your doctor, nutritionist, and gym instructor can assist you with a plan that is right for you. It takes time, but it will happen. Don't look at the pds/kg, look at how you feel and how your clothes fit. Your looking great without that smoke and this is a good start :) Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
