Ameena, Have you given any more thought to quitting? If you'd like more information on quit smoking aids, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. Danielle ____________________ The SSC Support Team

MomMom, Very interesting. It may be related to the fact that all drugs have a peak onset time and a period in which the drug is active in your body. Thanks for sharing. Danielle ______________________ The SSC Support Team

I have noticed something else... I am kind of weaning myself from the pills, and almost always take the morning one. If I only take the morning one, generally I don't have the great dreams. If I take an evening one also, greater chance of the dreams. If I take the evening one late (sometimes dinner is late) like an hour or two before bed, dreams are almost guaranteed! Maybe it's just me, but this is how it's been for a couple of weeks.
