Bubba was an icon when I joined the SSC. I listened to every word he said. He sometimes said it strangely but I wholeheartedly agree that his heart was always in the right place. He SO wanted to help people and show them that they had the power to quit the nasty nic. I feel like it was a very important mission for him, and have to say that he did it well. Rest in Peace Bubba. It is with sadness that I learnt of Bubba's passing. He showed that no matter how deep and how long you have been into smoking (and boy, he smoked a lot for a long time), the addiction can be beaten � he showed that it can be done. Who knows how much additional life he secured for himself by quitting 5 years ago but if it was just one day, it would have been worth it. Penitent
