Jeffy, Sleep disturbances are a very common complaint, as well as brain fog. The first two weeks are the worst and then it improves. Try to go to bed a bit earlier. Are you on any NRT's ot Chantix, as these also can cause sleep interruptions. Take it easy and pamper yourself, your body is recovering!
