Just Me, Checking in

I have not posted any new threads lately, so I thought I might say a few things today.  I had a really good past few days and really thought I was to the acceptance stage, then today came and it was "one of those not so good days".  I am glad I didn't post earlier to say how great I was feeling...anyway, I have added more activity to my schedule and am slowly pulling myself forward.  I feel terrible that I am still medicating myself so much, but I am afraid if I don't the outcome would not be so good.  One step at a time I guess.  The weather has been getting somewhat better, so I have been to a few of my daughters soccer games and been on a few (force myself to move) walks and I think they helped.  Just wanted to share what I have been feeling lately.  I was really excited thinking that the roller coaster may have been coming to an end, but I was wrong, I am still on the ride.  Take care....
