Hello

I have been terrified of doing anything that gets my heart pumping for a long time. So you can imagine what kind of shape I am in.

I have been trying to slowly get myself into shape since I have gotten to the point that even the smallest physical activity leaves me winded.

But every time I do anything that gets my heart pumping or me out of breath I lose control and start to hyperventilate thinking I am going to have a heart attack.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can overcome this fear, or even a program I can start with slowly to get myself back on track

Bre
