If your medication is working does it mean that your anxiety level should be 0 24/7 or does it mean it should just lessen your anxiety I haven't hyperventilated in about 2 weeks but my anxiety is still running between 8 and 10 some days other days not as bad my doc put me on remeron told me it would take abvout 4 week to start to work but not sure if its really working or not
