Take the time to fill it all in! You can then look back and see when your better days were and what you were doing. This can help you challenge those days that were less than perfect. Josie ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team.

does anyone else have problems filling in the mood tracker when they are feeling normal? I dunno I just find it easier to fill it out when I am feeling like crap. i know I have to fill it in everyday so I get the best results and then I feel lazy when I am feeling normal. -boo
