Can't manage to do the program daily

Hi Kris, I just replied to other post also. It is great to hear that you are receiving help and have started the online program. Don't worry too much about the pace - the most important thing is that the steps are meaningful for you! Take your time and work at a pace that suits your needs best. If you have free time in the day and have some thoughts on your mind, you may want to write them down and apply them to the appropriate part of the program at a time that is more convenient for you. Keep us posted on your progress. We look forward to hearing from you again soon, Casey ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

I'm in an intensive day hospital program for MDD, Suicide ideation, Panic and confusion. I don't have time but have great interest and find some of the things, especially the activity schedule, to be very helpful tracking what I experence during the day at the hospital (which seems a bit overwhelming right now). I try to track my moods daily, but I can't keep up. It makes me feel guilty, which I obviously don't need. Please offer suggestions so I can do the program at a more gradual pace, but use some of the worksheet tools that are so helpful. Thanks I'm new so any talk back would be great. I take Welbrutrin 300mg, Klonopin, Topomax 200mg and Drs. are thinking of adding an SSRI or Lomictil. Pretty scary because I take lots of other stuff for illness too.
