Congratulations on your 12 days!! I can't give too much advice since this is only my fourth day, but someone told me to chew cinnnamon gum-seems to be working for me. I don't get as hungry, and it keeps my mouth busy. Good luck Bobons

Hi everyone. Boy, have I been eating. It seems like I snack a lot more. I'm trying to stick to low fat, but there are only so much low fat that is tasty as well. I had gained a few pounds before my quit but know I'm probably gaining more now. (don't own a scale and probably don't want to now). Any ideas? Cigarette cravings not too bad (using tha patch), but food is another thing. When I quit I vowed I would NOT gain weight and replace the cigarette with food. I ate smaller portions and healthier food and I walk 2 miles in the morn and 2 miles at night and biked in the aft. I have managed to quit and NOT gain weight, in fact I have lost weight so you see it can be done. If you want to eat, try a sugar free candy, or go for a walk, a long walk. Congratulations on your 12 days quit, you are doing GREAT!!!
