Those exercises are called interoceptive exercises and are part of the free online Panic Program.

Hi Chachi. Yes, these exercises are psrt of our treatment program. Our Panic Program deals with this very thing in chapters on Interoceptive Exposure Exercises. I would however urge you to work through the program starting at the beginning and not skip steps.

I have heard that there are practice exercises that one can do that bring on the symptoms that one experiences during panic attacks. I've heard that by practicing these exercises you can learn that the symptoms of panic are harmless and do eventually subside. Does anyone know any of these exercises and how have they worked for you?
