I MADE IT THROUGH THE DAY SOMEHOW!!

19 years ago 0 65 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I GAVE THE CIGS TO MY HUSBAND TO THROW AWAY THAT I BOUGHT YESTERDAY. SOME HOW I JUST COULDN'T DO IT MY SELF. SEEMS LIKE I FOUND SOME SORT OF PEACE KNOWING THEY WERE THERE IN CASE I COULDN'T MAKE IT THROUGH THE DAY. I DECIDED TO WRITE IN MY JOURNAL ABOUT MY FEELING AND IT REALLY HELPED!! THERE WERE MORE GOOD REASONS TO QUIT THAN THERE WERE REASONS TO START SMOKING AGAIN. TODAY I AM HAVING A GOOD MORNING. MAYBE IT IS FINALLY STARTING TO SINK INTO MY THICK HEAD WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING TO MYSELF. I WANT TO THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR ALL THE GREAT POSTS THAT GO ON THE SITE. I FIND THEM A GREAT HELP AND READ THEM ALL DAY FOR ENCOURAGEMENT. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS NOW. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE NEW ONES THAT ARE STARTING THEIR SMOKE FREE LIFE. YOU CAN DO IT. THANKS KATY!!
