Nickname, Do what you can to avoid excess calorie intake and start putting some fun into your quit with pleasurable activities that get you moving. Hate the gym? Take a dance class, walk around your town/city, join a sports team, whatever interests you. You can start this process now if you want by slowly introducing more physical activity into your daily routines. Ex: Instead of taking the elevator, take the stairs. Walk when you can and go out when you can instead of sitting on the couch. See this as an opportunity to experience try new things and get out there to have some fun!
