Hello Kiwi, If you're not simply distracted by other major issues then see a doctor. If you seemed maybe less confused when you were smoking perhaps it's because you could take all those smoke breaks to think things over. If, indeed, you need some slight chemical stimulation in your brain to improve its function let me recommend a fine cup of hot black coffee. And see your doctor if it gets worse! Umm, sorry, what? I didn't understand the question. :confuse: Really, I haven't noticed that, kiwi. It's possible I guess, but I can't imagine what might cause it. Mind you , I started out pretty confused! Hi Peeps, got a question for some of you oldies out there. Do you get confused more easily since you stopped smoking ? I know this happens in the early stages of our quits due to oxygen, blood sugar levels etc. but since i stopped smoking there has been lots of situations where i'm just feel like i'm brain dead ! Someone actually asked if i was on something !
