Hello, I've had panic for 8 years as most know. I've been taking Paxil 30mg and Xanax .25 mg four times a day for around 7 years. I recently added Toprol XL 50mg for a short term blood pressure issue but still take it as I'm told Beta blockers such as Toprol can help panic. My question is this though... My new doctor has put me on Topamac 25mg twice a day. Anyone had sucess on this drug before? I'm curious if anyone else has used it I hear it's fairly new.
