Gawd, just the thought of a birthday makes me crazy. I think I am doing well, only because I am STICKING to my medication this time and also, I am just so burned out on stressing about it all the time. It has just worn me out!
i am back to panic mode.i hate it!i just took a xanax to calm down.this is the worse birthday i have ever had in my life.its so sad that on a special day i cant even enjoy it.i just want to give up.i am tired of fighting this monster.where in my life did i make a wrong turn.i want my normal life back!how can one day you just seem to loose your mind?i seen my doctor yesturday and he said i have OCD,GAD,DEPRESSION AND PANIC!how can you just get this stuff? whats next bipolar,double personalities?well enough said story of my life !gina
