Thank you Alison, I went out for a walk and went grocery shopping:-) It has helped and then made dinner...I have been trying to keep busy:-) Thank you...isn't it crazy how such thoughts can 'consume' us and make us feel so anxious and panicky?

It's very easy to become consumed by this. Up until recently I felt extremely alone in these thoughts. What I do in these times is keep myself busy. Clean out a closet, call a friend, go for a walk, rent a movie (happy one), write down your goals, anything you can think of. Move on to something else, don't dwell on these thoughts. DO IT NOW! GOOD LUCK! My thought are with you in your battle!

I am having these 'negative' thoughts and I don't know what to do...I am trying to stay positive but feeling very overwhelmed...:-(
