10th of Nov my birthday 4 yearz @nd 6 month's, close to the half a decade smoke free,I'm happier @nd healthier non-smoker without no slip or looking back SO (THANKS Evolution Health For Built this site and thanks for the good punch of people's who supported me to achieved my gole,...@nd THANKS also to health educators here "You are way too patient with me along the way...,I'm a social worker @nd I have learned how to support people's from you".
