I just wanted to know how you all were and i hope you are allright as you may know i have had panic attacks for about a yaer and a half now and this support group has been a god send to me. I am so glad to talk to others who know what it is like and thank goodness i am not going mad because it has felt like it at time so thank you very much everybody for the support and hopefully you and myself can be on the road to getting back to normal really soon lots of love kitty xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
