Angry, Try using the Panic Diary and really express your symptoms and feelings. Take the time to include the time of day and exactly what you are doing. Print off a summary for your doctor and make an appointment. This may help you better assess the situation and pinpoint the physical symptoms. Has anyone experienced JUST the physical symptoms of anxiety, repeated bouts of feeling faint and shakey without experiencing a panic attack or having any conscience feelings of anxiety? I normally feel relaxed and happy but ALWAYS have these damn physical symptoms. Do they ever go away?
