YAY for getting an iPod Nano for XMas! And the 1st thing I did when I downloaded iTunes was look for the meditations. I found about elevendy billion free ones. It was AMAZING. I downloaded one (that was 24 mins long) and fell asleep half way thru it LOL

I found that i-tunes has some really great, free meditation podcasts. There is this one called "Isolation Pod" that is awesome. I've been using them for the past 5 days and they are really helping me relax. There are all kinds of free relaxation podcasts that might be helpful.
