thanks melinda. your way of ignoring it sounds a little bit unique, funny at the same time. well, now i know i'm not alone and based on some of your messages that ive read i must say that were almost the same in problems. all i know is that no matter how many meds we take its not the answer or the cure. what it does is just relax us for awhile. keep in touch, maybe i could be of help too. thanks:)

I know exactly what you mean you can hear it like it was almost a radio playing... I really don't have any advice for you. I can't ever make it stop the only thing I ever do is watch TV really loud or take a hour shower until I can't keep my eyes open anymore and want to sleep even then I still hear it I would just wait and ride it out it will stop. I would say "oh don€™t think about it or ignore it but that's easier said then done it just doesn€™t happen like that I would watch TV kind of loud it drains out the sound of your heart or take a long a** shower and let the water run on you eyes for a while that will make you tired... Hope this helps
