Hannaher, Congrats on your decision to quit! Its tough and there are alot of people here to help you. I'm fairly new into my quit and only have a month under my belt but there really isnt' a good time to quit. You just need to do it. I had a lot going on and realized that I was never going to quit if I waited for the "perfect" time. Just remember to come here often and post when it feels like you will not make it. There are so many here that are caring and will definitely help you through it. Hugs to keep you going, Kim My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/7/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 35 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 886 Amount Saved: $141.75 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 2 Mins: 59 Seconds: 54

Hello Hannaher: Get back in there for another treatment as many times as you need to - they will do the procedure again for free anytime within the first 10 days of your initial treatment. Tell them you're not doing real well. And, only YOU know if you prepared for this. Don't panic, everything will be ok. Give this a lot of patience and don't try so hard - you will be able to focus, breathe deeply in and out, in and out S L O W L Y. It helps, really. Let us know how you are. Oh and Drink the 10-12 glasses of water!!!!!
