My opinion: Smoking is smoking. No smoking is no smoking. You either smoke or you don't. Errodr, There's no way of really knowing until you get back on the quit wagon. If you've experienced a slip, now use it and learn from it! It's time to review your plan, identify problem areas and modify what isn't working. Keep persevering. Danielle ________________________ The SSC Support Team

errodr - I agree with Free... Smoking is smoking... Be careful here in making a decision... there are many posts here that speak to slipping and not acknowledging the slip/smoking... You're the only one who can decide what it means... For me, if I smoke a cigarette, or half of a cig - I smoked. Be honest w/yourself, and decide what supports YOUR Quit... I don't think very far. If it was only a half, you're probably not going to go through fullblown withdrawals again. HOWEVER, Danielle is right...jump right back on the wagon, and figure out what to do to avoid relapsing in the future. Good luck!
